Come experience the LIVE in-Clasrrom experience with IOTC in Pasadena, Maryland.

On Friday, May 5th, Michael Anthony Peroutka, co-founder of Institute on the Constitution, and Carroll County Commissioner Richard Rothschild, will lead a discussion about the issue of states or cities declaring themselves to be "Sanctuaries" for illegal immigrants

We will discuss HB 1362, known as the "Maryland Trust Act" which passed the House of Delegates but died in the Senate due to a significant backlash from constituents, which included a resolution by the Anne Arundel County Council.

The bill would have prohibited local and state officials, including police, from cooperating in the apprehension and detention of violent criminals who are illegal aliens. Although the MD legislature rejected this legislation FOR NOW, the issue of Sanctuary jurisdictions is far from settled.

Come and learn with us together how to properly think, and then properly speak, and then properly act, with regard to this crucial issue.

Presentation begins at 7:00pm and will close at 9:00pm.

At check-out please select the option “Registration” for shipping on the left hand side. This will get rid of the shipping fee.
