Our December "First Friday" program featured as our main speaker Ricki Pepin, an "Institute On The Constitution" host who has taught our U.S. Constitution course for 10 years. She spoke about how to teach our course and urged others to also teach this course. Ricki was joined in her presentation by two men who have also taught the "IOTC" Constitution course: Claude Dunn, who lives in Virginia; and Derek J. Howell, Esq, Director Of Operations for the "IOTC."
